Only 8% of young people ages 7 to 17 have a formal mentor. One-third of teens and 20% of younger children lack quality relationships with their parents. More than 40% of young people ages 8-21 say they want more adults in their lives to whom they can turn for help.
Meanwhile 49% of caring adults are watching CHANGE happen. Another 49% are still wondering what's happening. Then there's the 2% minority, MAKING CHANGE from an ever-shrinking dollar. Ever consider the effect of mentoring on the economy? We know that mentoring reinforces positive VALUEs. It reduces LIABILITIES by increasing the peace. Now COMPOUND that ASSET with A WHOLE VILLAGE of caring adult advisors and supporters. You see, MAKING CHANGE can make a difference for Wall Street and Your Street.
